Help Bug Transfer with TeamMenu

Sorry if thread is not for here so maybe know for Spawn bug in cs not show Life armor nothing this bug made when player connected and join Spectator and when admin trasnfer with TeamMenu CT or T and this is results so any solution for this bug ? I asked and one friend tell me with that

spawn(player)
dllfunc(DLLFunc_Spawn,player)

but this work when in server have autojoin if player choose this not work so any idea to fix that ?
